Do I need to be fit before I start?

No. Every class is scaled to you, and a £1 trial week is the easiest way to find your feet.

How do memberships work?

Choose unlimited Affiliate, a rolling 4-weekly Foundation plan, or a one-off class pass. All sign-ups run through WodBoard.

What should I bring to class?

Trainers, comfortable kit, and a water bottle. Everything else — equipment and recovery — is here.

Can I just try it first?

Yes — start with a trial week. £1, no commitment, just turn up and train.
