This schedule is provisional and subject to change. A final, confirmed schedule will be published by September 19th.
The following rules apply to all athletes throughout the competition unless otherwise stated within an individual event brief.
All athletes are expected to demonstrate professionalism, respect and good sportsmanship throughout the day. Unsportsmanlike behaviour towards judges, volunteers, spectators or fellow competitors may result in penalties or disqualification at the discretion of the Competition Director.
Each team will be assigned a judge for every event. Judges are responsible for:
The judge's decision is final.
There will be no formal appeals process during the competition. If a scoring discrepancy is identified, the team captain should speak to the Head Judge immediately after the event has concluded and before the next heat begins. Judgement calls and no-repetition decisions cannot be appealed.
Athletes may encourage and communicate with their teammate throughout every event unless specifically stated otherwise. Athletes may not physically assist their teammate unless the workout explicitly allows it. Examples of prohibited assistance include:
Only the prescribed competition equipment may be used. Athletes may not modify, move or substitute equipment unless instructed by a judge. Equipment must remain within the assigned competition lane unless directed otherwise.
Loose chalk and liquid chalk are permitted. Athletes may chalk their hands during the workout provided it does not interfere with another team or delay the flow of competition.
Athletes may use:
The use of lifting straps is not permitted. Headphones or personal audio devices are not permitted while competing.
Scores will be recorded immediately following each event. It is the responsibility of both athletes to verify their score before leaving the competition floor. Once a score has been signed and submitted it is considered final.
If two teams finish with the same score in an event, any published tie-break score will determine the finishing order. Where no tie-break is available, teams will receive the same placing for that event.
Each event has a published time cap. If a team does not complete the workout within the time cap, their score will be recorded according to the workout's scoring system. Any unfinished repetitions will be recorded as instructed within the event brief.
A judge may issue a no-repetition for any movement that does not meet the published movement standard. Athletes are responsible for correcting the fault before continuing. Only successful repetitions count towards the team's score.
Athlete safety will always take priority over competition. The Competition Director and Head Judge reserve the right to stop any athlete they believe is unable to continue safely. Medical personnel will be available throughout the day.
Athletes are welcome to use the designated warm-up area between events. Please be respectful of other athletes and return equipment after use. Competition equipment may not be removed from the field of play.
Athletes should report to the designated marshalling area at least 10 minutes before their scheduled heat. Failure to report on time may result in the team missing their heat.
Spectators are welcome throughout the day. Only competing athletes, judges and authorised volunteers are permitted inside the competition field of play.
Photographs and video will be taken throughout the competition. By participating, athletes consent to the use of this content by CrossFit TBB for promotional and marketing purposes.
Throughout the competition, movements will use one of the following work-sharing formats.
Both athletes perform every repetition together. The prescribed synchro point for each movement is detailed within the event standards. If the synchro requirement is not met, the repetition will not count.
The prescribed work may be divided between teammates in any way unless otherwise stated. Athletes may change over at any time.
The prescribed work must be divided equally between both athletes. Each athlete must complete exactly half of the total prescribed work.
A fast-paced twist on the classic CrossFit benchmark workout, Grace: a six-minute race to complete the workout, followed immediately by a one-minute window to establish a max distance double broad jump.
Event One contains two scoring opportunities.
Time cap: 7:00
Score A
Time to complete all five rounds. If the workout is not completed before 6:00, the score will be the total rounds and repetitions completed.
Tie break: Score B.
Score B
Maximum single distance achieved during the double broad jump.
Tie break: Score A.
Each team will be assigned a competition lane. At the sound of 3, 2, 1, go, teams begin with six synchronised dumbbell hang clean to overhead repetitions, then three shuttle runs (10m out and back, three times, 7.5m each way for Inters Female) before returning to the dumbbells.
Teams continue in this format until all five rounds are completed or the clock reaches 6:00.
At exactly 6:00, all remaining work stops and teams move to the double broad jump station for one minute. One athlete jumps at a time, with as many attempts as they wish. Every jump begins with both feet behind the start line; the landing must be controlled before distance is measured from the start line to the nearest heel.

| Dumbbell hang clean to overhead | Synchro |
| Shuttle run | Synchro |
| Double broad jump | Shared as desired (one athlete working at a time) |

Event Two is a fully synchronised long chipper designed to test teamwork and consistency under fatigue. Teams must work through three movements for time, completing every repetition in the prescribed order. Every repetition throughout the workout is performed synchronously, requiring both athletes to work together from start to finish.
Time cap: 22:00
Time to complete the workout. If the workout is not completed within the time cap, the score will be the total repetitions completed.
Tie break: Time to complete 45 wall balls, deadlifts and 15 burpee box jump overs.
Each team will be assigned a competition lane. At the sound of 3, 2, 1, go, teams begin at the wall ball station, then move directly to the deadlift station, then the burpee box jump overs, repeating this sequence until all prescribed work is complete. Athletes change their own barbell weight before each new deadlift section; there is no rest between movements.

Event Three is a two-part event designed to test upper body muscular endurance and high-skill gymnastics under fatigue. The first scored section combines skipping, bench press and a high-skill gymnastics movement. Following a four-minute rest, athletes move into a sprint finish on the Echo Bike before accumulating as many bar muscle-ups as possible within the remaining time.
Event Three contains two scoring opportunities.
Part A time cap: 8:00 Rest: 4:00 Part B time cap: 4:00
Score A
Total rounds and repetitions completed during Part A.
Tie break: Part B.
Score B
Total bar muscle-ups completed during Part B.
Tie break: Time to complete Echo Bike calories.
Part A
Each team will be assigned a competition lane. At the sound of 3, 2, 1, go, teams begin with double unders and bench press, which may be divided between teammates in any way. The final movement is completed you go, I go.
Teams continue completing rounds until the eight-minute time cap expires.
Rest
Teams have four minutes to recover and move to the Echo Bike.
Part B
Teams must first complete the prescribed calories on the Echo Bike. Calories may be divided between teammates in any way. Once all calories have been completed, teams immediately begin accumulating bar muscle-ups, divided between teammates in any way until time expires.

Event Four is the final test of The Battle of Beersbridge. This event combines loaded carries, weightlifting and inverted gymnastics under fatigue, completed as a single piece for time. Every movement is split equally between both athletes.
Time cap: 18:00
Time to complete the workout. If the workout is not completed within the time cap, the score will be the total repetitions completed.
Tie break: Time to complete the first 100ft sandbag carry.
Each team will be assigned a competition lane. At the sound of 3, 2, 1, go, teams work through the piece in order, moving from the handstand walk/wall walk into the sandbag to shoulder, into the sandbag carry, into the handstand push-ups, then back out through the carry, the sandbag to shoulder and the handstand walk/wall walk to finish.
Athletes may split each movement's total between themselves in any combination, provided the standards for that movement (minimum increments, no single athlete exceeding half) are met.
